As a romance book it wasn't that successful, neither as paranormal romance, it was more like a funny book with a weird main character and some romance which was more towards the end.
Most of the book was background about the main character and some about the guy, their friends, her wanting to win in the derby and etc which left little time and space for romance... I mean, if they spend at least an hour a day together shouldn't there be more romance than that?

can stand alone, but really you need to read all the prides books because all the books have on going characters and story lines. each highlights the Hea of a couple, but they are all there in each book like a soap opera.
One of my very favorite authors and one of my favorite series! Doesn't get any funnier!

I laughed through out the entire book.
Enough Said.

No really. It is. Buy/Read the book.

I loved Bo and Blayne. Bo was freaking hysterical with his OCD List making and Blayne with her unshuttoffable mind. (And yes, I know that is not a real word!)

I liked the plotting which continued from the last book, with full humans trying to capture halfbreeds to use in fighting rings.

Dee-Ann was a major bitch in this book, but redeemed in the end, for the most part.

I'm looking forward to her and Ric's book
