And another re-read 22/10/12 just cause I needed to read a good book :)
I decided to do a re-read cause the next book Big Bad Beast is in the mail from Book Depository.
I loved this book, it is #5 in the series and this time it is bears and wolfdog hybrids. Bo Novikov, the bear/lion hockey player everyone wants on their team because he is so mean and Blayne Thorpe, the wolf/wilddog derby player who is too nice because if she lets go people end up dead.

Oh how I love this book! We have a OCD Polar Bear/Lion Hockey Star Shifter and a hyper Wolfdog with time management issues, charm, knife skills, and hair product addictions.
This love story makes me laugh every time I read it. The world building is excellent as we venture deep into the world of Shifter Sports and hybrids. We get to hang out with several of our favorite characters from earlier books in the series. The secondary characters are as well done as the leads.

I laughed through out the entire book.
Enough Said.
No really. It is. Buy/Read the book.
I loved Bo and Blayne. Bo was freaking hysterical with his OCD List making and Blayne with her unshuttoffable mind. (And yes, I know that is not a real word!)
I liked the plotting which continued from the last book, with full humans trying to capture halfbreeds to use in fighting rings.
Dee-Ann was a major bitch in this book, but redeemed in the end, for the most part.
I'm looking forward to her and Ric's book ...more

I'm still enjoying these. The formula is starting to get a little repetitive though. I did like Bo. A Polar Bear/Lion hybrid. Not something you see everyday!
