EEK! This book is quite depressing... Abby's life here starts out really bad and sad then it get worse. UGH! I almost wanted to stop reading since I figured if I wanted depressing and somewhat intense plot, I should just read my UFs (Urban Fantasy)... After taking mandatory breaks from reading and getting to the part that she had nothing else to lose, the book really got interesting for me.
