This is what I think, it feels a little like all I've been reading are books about shy, retiring girls who meet outgoing, gorgeous boys that they can't resist. Usually the boy has some special power is either a demon, and angel or a fairy or half of either. They are immediately drawn too each other, the girl then discovers some backbone and saves the day. I love love loved this book! It's very original, a different take on "forbidden romance".
I liked Theia because she's a believable character. She starts out as kind of shy, but her confidence increases towards the end of the book. I loved all the rest of the characters as well. Haden, Donny, Gabe, Amelia, and Varnie. (Oh Varnie, how you make me laugh.) They all have very different personalities, but they mesh together well, and you never know what's g ...more
