I started this series with this book, even though I knew that I have missed a lot of the story arc.
I´m glad to say that I never had any problems following the story line.
Overall, the tone of this book is much lighter that other vampire series (the BDB series, the Breeds and the likes) with a huge focus on the romance between the characters.

Funny. So much action, and they finally take care of Casimir. Look forward to all the babies, and to see what happen to Corki, and if anything happens between Brynley and Phineas (there was a spark between them). Will Corci take over the Malcontents or Stanislav?
This wasn't my favorite in the series. The romance between the leads was a bit weak. The series plot progression was good but the ending seemed to easy.
