So glad I picked this one up. A great second story... some things I expected from the start and some pleasant surprises. I will say this probably isn't for the faint of heart though... Les has had a rough go of things and it certainly doesn't get any better for her. While there is only a little outright violence, there is a great deal of implied violence and references to quite a few deaths. And, while there's no outright sex, again, there is a great deal of implied sex. Especially once Irial ge ...more

A different main character for this one. I liked the aspect of the different Fae court.

'Tatuagem' o 2º volume da série Wicked Lovely apresenta-nos como protagonista, Leslie, a amiga e Aislinn, a protagonista do 1º livro e que aqui, juntamente com Seth, aparece como mera personagem secundária.

Another wonderful book in the series. Ink Exchange was much darker than Wicked Loverly, but no less enjoyable. Marr created great characters in Leslie, Irial and Niall (Niall had fascinated me in Wicked Lovely, so I was glad to see him take center stage). Definitely not your average YA book, and I loved it for that. I'm anxious to see where the story takes us next. ...more

I read the first two in this series years ago. I was recently reminded of it and couldn't remember why I stopped. As it had been so long since I last read, I didn't think I could pick up with the third in the series without forgetting essential things.

I was right. This one was okay. The first in the series, Wicked Lovely, was a lot better. This installment served to remind me that I'm not the age for which YA is intended. I'll still try the third in the series, mainly because I already requeste

This is the second book in the series - the follow-up to "Wicked Lovely" which I enjoyed very much. This one, it was okay. There were some aspects I really enjoyed, such as the blurred lines between what we consider good and evil. We find out the bad aren't always so, just as the good aren't always innocent and what they should be. It was hard to stay captivated though - I never found that apsect that just grabbed me and wouldn't let go. I do have to mention that the last bit of the book was muc ...more
