I have been looking forward to Nika and Madoc's story since book 2 and enjoyed finally seeing the two of them together. I loved watching Nika come into her own and do some serious fighting back, and loved that Madoc was able to support her and allow her to do what she needed to do. I do think I will soon have to make a map of all the characters in order to keep everyone straight. ...more
