This was really good!
I'll admit I couldn't help comparing this to the following:
Lords of the Underworld
Black Dagger Brotherhood
The Midnight Breed people
Dark Hunters
and probably one more series I can't remember right now.
Conlan and Riley were believable.
The Seven and Alaric were lots of fun. Especially Ven!
The storyline was ok. Not the greatest, but it's a good set up for the rest of the books.
Ok, what is up with Alaric and Quinn? I swear if she's the long lost reincarnation of a childhood lov ...more
