Once I add a book to my TBR, I seldom remove it without reading it. I'm making an exception in this case - I just heard from a friend that the love triangle in this series is solved in the last book. I hate love triangles with a passion, specially when they linger.

If there is one thing this book has taught me it is not to judge a book by its cover. I wasn't interested in reading this at first because the cover seemed so cliche that I thought it would be like every other paranormal genre book that is flooding the market right now. I was wrong...and the covers are actually appropriate. Lesson learned. :)

This was a little disappointing. My main problem with the book was that I didn't care for the main character. She was inconsistent and made bad choices - two flaws I have a hard time forgiving. Despite being flung into terrifying encounters throughout the book, she was never scared or uncertain, and instead seemed to make things worse for herself and those around her.
