The Last Sacrifice, by Richelle Mead is the last installment of the Vampire Academy series. And just like the other five books, this one delivers, having you on the edge of your seat until the very last page.
Last Sacrifice, continues where the last book left off, after Rose’s arrest. You get to follow Rose as she tries to clear her name, and solve the mystery of the Queen’s note to her. You also get to go along with her as she uses her bond to watch Lisa, her best friend, as she goes through the ...more

When I got this book, I was supper excited and labeled it as "next to read". However, when I finished the book I was currently reading, I read the last personal notes I wrote on the Vampire Academy 5. It wasn't pretty... So I was torn from reading what happens next and the disappointment on the way things turned out in the previous book. So being coward, I read a different book right before this. I figured, give that author a chance too since I knew this book would be awesome.
So anyway, I finish ...more

I was a bit disappointed with this book. Maybe my expectations were higher than they should have been for it, I don't know. I also don't think that I should have ended this series with dislike for Rose, but I did.
I think the growth that Rose experienced within the series did not really end how it should have. She attempted to grow up, but I still saw a lot of immaturity in her, like she was trying to hard.
This particular installment of the story seemed to drag on and on and on. Then at the end, ...more

A good ending, though too easily perfect for my liking, but it really could have been worse considering the butchering tendancies authors tend to have by the end of their series!
As always, I loved Richelle's writting and Rose's determination. I think that what disappointed me a little was the fact that through most of the book Rose and her lover spent their time reabiliting their relationship rather than living it.

I LOVE/HATE THIS BOOK! Only for the reason that it's the wonderful end to a fantastic series. I'm glad my boy won Rose's heart, but I feel bad for my little moroi. The Dragamir line thing was interesting and I didn't see that coming, well the choice was different. I didn't like a few minor (like really really minor) things but I thought that this ended perfectly. So. The plot was fast past in most places and didn't really have a stop point. The action was progressing by either romance, betrayl,

This was a good end to a great series. This book cleared up the issue with Rose's love life. But this book also left a lot of doors open for the spin off series. Which I am so happy about. Rose made good choices and in the end Rose became an adult in this book. Overall, a good ending, but Blood Promises and Sprit Bound were better books. But this book is still a must read.

Real review coming soon, but I'll just say now: phenomenal. Epic, action-packed, heart-wrenching finale.
