Ughhh....it drives me crazy when the lead character is obnoxiously COCKY! I spent most of the book rolling my eyes and wishing she would get her ass kicked (which did get handed to her a couple of times - but never knocked her ego down a notch). After so many times of her saying things such as "I fear nothing", "I've seen it all", "been through everything", "I am a badass", and "I'm so hot and every guy wants me and they're hot to boot" - just so we don't get it confused that an unattractive guy

Enjoyed it, liked the relationships between Riley amd her brother Seth, and her business partner Nyx. Also enjoyed the younger Dupres - fun vampires. Quick, mostly light-hearted, read.
