Everything has changed for The Blue Bloods since the last book. Schuyler is on the run with Oliver, Mimi and Jack seem to have a separation between them as they are both away from New York on separate missions as Venators. And Michael (Charles) has just up and disappeared. And Bliss is still trying to deal with her Visitor.
