I wish there were a 3 1/2 star...I really debated between a 3 and 4. This book was good and I really enjoyed it once I got into it. It skips around a bunch from character to character in the early chapters and it wasn't until the stories converged that it really got me going. I was really interested in Rowen's character in the first Kyndred book and really wanted to see her happy.
