I like Darwin and her sisters and friends. Will is a bit annoying with his closed mind and the possible love triangle with Zach is worse.

I really appreciate that the book starts with the murder. It draws you right into the story. The murder investigation was pretty good as were the mystic elements. I really liked the mound and what all happened there. One of the minor explanations was just silly in my mind but the rest was good.
I liked the characters but the sister didn’t seem different enough to be someone who was mad for Darwin leaving home. She played a good role in this though. I also don’t understand why the sister ...more
