Katie has settled in after 2 years. She gets involved in another mystery when as acquaintance walks right in front of a car and is killed. She is also house hunting with Declan, but is having a hard time finding the "right" one. The problem is, she LOVES her house, but it's too small as things are now.
This was a decent entry in the series, but it dragged a bit for me before it picked up about 1/2 way through. The mystery was unique and a good one (hypnotism). Katie and Declan do settle on ...more

I love the characters in this series, so each new book is something to look forward to. Katie and Declan have a great relationship (as do Lucy and Ben) and I love seeing it move forward. This time around someone dies right in front of Katie and Lucy. Things get a bit dangerous as they investigate. The mystery was so-so, but at this point I read more for the character development.
