When the gods draft, you get hours to wrap up your life on Earth, sent to Limbo and earn 20 minutes back on Earth per year service, but can't take until you accrue at least a week. Sounds lovely, doesn't it?

What I enjoyed:
* I loved Galen. He has been a soldier forever, but he easily friends others and helps everyone have hope. His interactions with the staff at MASH are my favorite parts of the book.

Quirky and offbeat Immortally Yours was a fun read (and I needed that right now). The cast of characters is dysfunctional at best and there is wackiness going on all through the book; sometimes silly but then I was expecting that so it didn’t lessen my reading enjoyment. OK, I know you are thinking it, and yes Immortally Yours has some shades of the classic M*A*S*H television sitcom, but the paranormal element/mythological element of it changed it “just” enough that I wasn’t always comparing it ...more

This is an action-packed, fun paranormal romance. If youliked Angie Fox’s Demon Slayer series, then you are going to be pleased withthis one too. Immortally Yours is the first book in Fox’s M*A*S*H series, andlike most series debuts it has some growing pains. The first third of the bookis spent trying a little too hard to be funny, but after that the humor becomesmore realistic.
