Another great story about Jane, this time with the added complication of a "child" she was forced to turn into a vampire when he was run over in front of her. His relationship with the lovely Gabriel is a hoot, and the chapter openers quoting vampire parenting books are hilarious. As if Jane's life isn't complicated enough, she is planning a wedding and Gabriel is being hunted down by a redneck recently released from prison. Oh, and another ghost is giving her grief.
