We have two romances going on in this book with the New Adult feel of Paradise and Creag and then we get to revisit Marissa and Butch.

Paradise and Creag are fun to watch in terms of training to become soldiers. The opening of the book is great! Their romance is a bit flat but still lovely with its class difference trope.

I might have been more into it if I had read the other books Paradise appeared in first but I read all out of crazy order. I feel like a genius for being able to keep track of
