What the hell? Completely new people again? What about Furie? Kristoff? Hag? Munro?
This seems like almost a complete new series set in the old world!
After reading Wicked Abyss I can tell the only reason for the Morior is to extend the series. They are adding nothing new whatsoever, besides a new nemesis for Nix (which I guess she needed, after Lothaire got his HEA and has better things to do.) ...spider web on the gate of a mystical castle in hell...★★★★★ (This is a review of the audiobook.) Masterful narration by Robert Petkoff pulled me into this story from the get-go; he’s perfect as usual. His reading of the love scenes melted my ears. If you’ve already read this in print, then this is a series that is worth “re-reading” via your ears with the audiobooks. I'm at the stage with these that I am starting to get annoyed with Nix and her meddling, in the beginning I loved her kooky ways and her unique way of looking at things, but now she angers me a lot. I know it's pnr so we are guaranteed a happy ending, but it still annoys me even though everything works out. I am no longer sure if I am looking forward to her book or dreading it.
