OMG, what a pleasant surprise. This book was totally AWESOME from start to finish!!! The writing is beautiful as is the story. All the characters are deeply compelling and the love story between Silhara of Neith, the Master of Crows, and Martise of Asher is so sweet and passionate. A perfect story in all aspects!

I quite liked this book, it was borderline PNR/romantic fantasy, I thought the author created a really good world, and the romance was nice...but it felt like something was missing. I think a lot of background story was missing and the world could have been explored more.
