What Members Thought
Not bad for a freebie and I may eventually look up the rest of the series ... if it goes on sale. The bones of a good story are here and I did want to find out what happened enough to keep reading. But if I do pick up book 2 and still find the same editing and writing problems, I would likely be disinclined to continue. At one point Samantha is telling the vet something about her dog Sarge that made me think, "When did that come up?" It happens later in the book and the reference ...more
