Realmente gostei deste livro, especialmente de toda a atmosfera da competição e do jogo. Adorei o grupinho dos 4 personagens, tanto na vida real como virtual.
Tem bastantes referências dos anos 80 e como não nasci nessa época, passaram-me um pouco ao lado.
Estou muito curiosa com o filme que vem por aí!

A fun, fast paced, action packed read! The many references to various nerdy movies and games of my past kept me smiling and nodding along. Having myself experienced bouts of rather intense video game addictions throughout my life, I felt I could relate very well to Wade and got immersed in his world easily. That said... there were many parts where the main character seemed terribly and overwhelmingly pathetic... yikes. BUT! If you decide to just take the story for what it is, it's definitely a F

Very fun book to read. Debut novel by this author was well done, will read the next book he writes.
Much better book than movie adaptation. I was really drawn in by the concept of the story, which was new for me.
