I didn't really like Kiss of Fire, but I decided to give the series a second chance. I can't say I liked Kiss of Fury much better. There were so many poorly researched, poorly thought out, or inconsistent items that I can't list them all. It's as if DC didn't do any research, then wrote the book in a rush and never went back to edit it. For instance, she has Alex, who has supposedly been unconscious for 2 weeks, transferred to the "psych ward." Not gonna happen that way. Then she has Alex crunch
