Really enjoyed this book and if the heroines are anything like Tammy I know I will enjoy the rest in the series.
I laughed so hard, and I think that is the first time I have had that reaction to a book by this author. So laughing and watching these two fall for each other is the most fun I have had reading in a while.
Reid is a shifter, a Kodiak bear to be exact, and he is alpha his clan. The clan is not all bears either, which I thought was strange, but fit with this story well. He has been hav ...more

Tammy and Reid
These two, human and werebear, have instant chemistry although both fight the attraction until they can't deny it.
You know from the beginning where this story was going but that just makes it all the more delicious watching Tammy and Reid arrive at the HEA that you knew was coming.
My only complaint was that Grandmother Ursa's cooking made me hungry all through the book. Wish I could eat like those bears! ...more

This was a lot of fun. I loved the heroine. She was very feisty and somewhat scary with a frying pan. She is sent to investigate insurance claims. Reid was a alpha who quickly learned not everyone would follow his orders. But he has a good attitude about it from Tammy. They are perfect for each other. The small town in Alaska was a good backdrop as were the secondary characters. Looking forward to reading the next one.
