Nina is a struggling landscape architect (through no fault of her own). So when she gets an opportunity to potentially turn her business around, she jumps at the chance. Only possible problems? Molly Harper does light-hearted, sweet and cute like no other author. Better Homes and Hauntings is funny, sweet and cute. Just what I would expect from Molly Harper. The setting is one of my favorites -- isolated island, sequestered group of individuals who become close friends, the group works together to build something new and there is interesting spooky history mystery related conflict -- I love this set up.

Better Homes and Hauntings delivers three fun female characters and two interesting

Creepy old haunted house on an isolated island getting updated...

What I enjoyed:
* I really liked the friendship between Nina, Cindy and Dotty.
* The haunting was pretty creepy
* Slow start

What could have been better:
* The mystery was easily figured out
* Really convenient to get two couples out of 5 people staying on an island and really the romances didn't really work for me as they barely knew each other
