3.5-stars I'm pleasantly surprised. I generally like Nora Roberts, although none of the stories really stick with me for very long. I liked the background in this story and I'm definitely reading the next two (yay for trilogies already published). The only thing that irked me was Iona's tendency to ruin poignant moments by telling everyone they were having a poignant moments (she forced it a little bit) and her misunderstanding with Boyle was a little over the top for the whole story, which is m ...more
