Strangely uplifting! Why did I not read this sooner? Or why did my parents not read this to me when I was a kid? I might have grown up with better sense of self-motivation. This is one of those books like The Little Prince that can be read in different ways by adults and children. A fun way of breaking it to kids that life can be tough, you can get stuck in a Slump, but that's okay! It happens to everybody. Also a reminder to adults not to get stuck in The Waiting Places (like the Phantom Tollbo ...more
