Lover Enshrined is the sixth installment in the amazing Black Dagger Brotherhood series by the popular author J.R Ward. I was very excited for this book because I was longing for Phury's happiness and I interested in his past besides what was told during Zsadist's story. Phury is in ways just as broken and complicated as his tortured brother Zsadist. Zsadist's story was my favorite. And both Vishous and now Phury's is a close second and third.

I started out not liking this story as much as the others. I was wondering if it would get better, with the advice of some friends, I kept going. So glad that I did. The way this story unfolded, showing all of the struggles that Phury went through was an emotional roller coaster. I wanted to hit him, hug him, love him, hate him, but in the end I loved him.
The story line went further with John, Blay and Quinn. They are so awesome, can not wait to hear more about them.

Ah, yes, a nice return to the drama of Book 3 that got pushed to the back-burner during the Butch/Vishous saga. Finally got some things cleared up, but lots of new plot points.
And Lassiter. Total hotness, not that he holds a finger to Rehv. Poor Rehv.
I'm so excited that I finally get to read Rehvenge's book since it comes out in Mass Market to match the rest of my set tomorrow :D Yay! ...more
