Aimed at young adults, this provides a very different view of the oppression of the Jews under Nazi Germany.

Honestly when I first got the book, I wasn't sure I would like it, but I was hooked in the first few pages by the voice of the young boy telling the story. Great historical fiction that could pull in boys.
