Wow. I do not know what I was expecting, but it surely wasn't the immersive novel I just read! While this is a VERY spicy read that reminded me a lot of the Netflix show Sex Life, it goes much deeper than that to explore a marriage in crisis and a woman desperately trying to bridge the distance between the creative free spirit of her early years and the responsible mother and wife of now.
