This was so cute, I loved it so much! The reason it’s not a 5 star read for me is I felt they dragged it out a bit too long, like this book did not need to be 400 pages. But it was funny and heartwarming and the characters were great, I thought the whole premise was adorable and this is one of my faves from Christina Lauren.

This one was just fun from start to finish! I loved the quirky personality of Fizzy, the laidback nature of Connor, the healthy friendship Connor had with his ex-wife, the return of Jess and River from The Soulmate Equation, the Bachelorette-esque backdrop, and the not-so-subtle reminders of why romance novels are not just “guilty pleasures.” This was one of my favorites from Christina Lauren to date!

Ugh, another rom com with a "I'm so quirky, aren't I?" female main character and a one dimensional male main character. The story was so boring given what sounds like an interesting premise. Would be a one star except it was set in San Diego and the opening scene at my alma mater UCSD. The extra star was for nostalgia only
