I jumped back and forth between 2 stars and 3. Finally I decided the bizarre concept was worthy enough to earn an extra star. Ballard had the insight to lock on the fetishization of cars and driving to the weirdest extremes. Crash is about a group of people who get their sexual fix from car crashes and bodily carnage.

Worst writing ever. I understand it was to disconnect you from the characters, but my god I refuse to spend another second on this repetitive nonsense.
