H-O-L-Y C-R-A-P batman! This book gave me chills.

It was absolutely terrifying about 70% of the time (like watching a horror movie and constantly being on edge because you know something terrible is bound to happen) and the other 30% was just plain depressing. I read this book in one sitting. I just want to know what will happen next and couldn't seem to put the book down.

The book started of as boring. I don't know why but I got bored by the first part. Then dum dum dum the tension and excitement develops as the story goes on. I love it more and more. But the ending. This is a well writen gut punch of a book. Yes it has zombies, but it's not "zombie book" it is more about survival and how that means different things to everybody. It is not a happy or action packed story, but its an authentic story that you will feel long after you put it down.
This is the 1st book I have read by courtney summers but will not be the last!
