I've read this a couple years back for research and have suggested to our school book club. It is quite an intriguing story with Death as it's narrator. Highly recommended to all!

I don't know why this was under the list of children's books. It's more of an intense read to me. Unlike, "Number the Stars" which puts the girl in a similar situation, there is less hope with this and coming from the perspective of death, it doesn't seem to be appropriate for children. awesome, beautiful, sad, amazing writing. Probably the best book I've read in a long time. Really glad that it's so popular and that the movie (which looks great) is coming out soon. It's one of those books that's simply too good. Read it.

Wow. I just finished it a few minutes ago. One of the best things I have read in a long time. The last few chapters were really sad and beautiful and hard to read. One of the rare books that made me cry. I recommend to anyone!
