I listened to this on audio and I would have to say that Neil Gaiman is a great reader. I also loved the music on the CD.
The story was interesting and the plot kept moving smoothly. Most of the action occurs in a graveyard (surprise, surprise) but it wasn't morbid. The ghosts were Bod's family and Silas was a mysterious guardian. The story covers about 12 years and while only the more significant events are told in the story, you can still piece together what daily life must have been like for B ...more
