I really liked this second book of The Mortal Instruments, there is a lot of thrilling action, and it was nice to meet Clary, Jace and all the other familiar characters again.

WOW! Clare really knows how to keep a reader hooked! I couldnt put this book down. The relationships in this book, paarticulary one, are so, so wrong yet so right in a weird and bizarre way...
Favorite Character: Luke!! Such a great lovable guy!
Most annoying: Alec... I dont know what it is but he just never seems happy... with anything!
Most interesting: Magnus duhhh! WHo can beat a warlock... well of course Dumbledore but ya know;)
Most predictable: Simon... once he gets out of the friend zone he ...more

Shelves: own

In book two of the Mortal Instruments series, Clary is finally understanding the importance of her Shadowhunter’s duties. There are Downworlder children that are being murdered and removed of their blood and the team of Shadowhunters must find out the reasons behind it.
This will be a little hard to review, only because there is so much going on in the story. In the book we meet new characters and it adds on to the actual story of those characters from the previous book. What I liked about this, ...more
