Oh my gosh. This book is <3 <3 <3!!
WHY WHY does it always take me so long to read such AMAZINGLY WRITTEN books?! Something is seriously wrong with me. I am so ashamed.
Fire reminded me a lot of Katsa and I think that that's one of the reasons why I loved her. She's brave and fiercely loyal. And now that I think about it, she's also a lot like Adelina (The Young Elites). They both have that same fear of their own potential. I hate that even though the first half of the book was slow the last parts were terribly beautiful and now I'm rethinking my rating. Otherwise, this was a wonderful read.

Great companion book to Graceling, just wish there were more connections between the characters in both books. Looking forward to reading Bitterblue in hopes that the books and characters become more connected.
Excellent second book in this series. I am looking forward to the next book to finish it off. Began where the last one took off. And leaves you plenty to look forward in the last one!
