So far my favorite series would be The Hunger Games Trilogy. I admit when I first read the book one, I got totally hooked! However, (sorry for Mockingjay fans), I'm a bit disappointed with Mockingjay. I wanted to blame it either maybe because of the anticipation I had for this book or because I expected more from it. Well, I must say it would still be one of my favorites because Katniss ended with the right person.

Wow, I did not expect this ending, it was very sad, brought a tear to my eye, and I truly loved it. Very dramatic and violent and traumatic, even though, all in all, it's a happily ever after type of ending. I loved the epilogue, though Katniss is still coping with everything 20 years later.
This series is targeted to teens and young adults, but I'm 27 and it was a blast!
