I found Craft Inc. to be the *almost* perfect business guide for the Etsy set. It is imperfect only because it is not the complete package. Craft Inc. gives the reader a starting place in just about every imaginable part of a craft business... unfortunately, that is all it gives the reader. Very helpful. It gave me alot of direction for those questions you have no idea where to start on. And easy to understand for us right-brained individuals.
