I have ready many books by Cassia Leo, and I have loved them all, but she has outdone herself with this book. This is such a well-written book that once you start you will not be able to put it down. The two main characters in this book are Mikki and Crush. You will go on a journey into their lives, which in some parts will break your heart. This would have to be my all time favourite book. It has really affected me deeply. I was completely drawn into this amazing story of heartbreak, strength, courage and unconditional love.

I have found it very difficult to write a review for Black Box without giving too much away. In all honesty, you just have to read it!!!!

Black Box is a beautiful, wonderful, heartbreaking, and intensely emotional love story. Mikki and Crush are two beautiful, broken characters who are perfection together. Cassia Leo crafted an amazing story with so many interwoven parts that just fit together. Mikki plans to leave Boston and meets Crush when their flight to LA is cancelled due to the weather. Honestly I have no idea what to expect about the book, I didnt read the blurd or things about it I just one clicked it and hoping it wont suck my ass .. And Over all it turns out great.

WOW!!! As I write this review, I am trying to find the right words to convey what I got from reading this incredible story. There's only a handful of times that I can say that a certain book will stay with me forever-one that I will never forget. Well this is one of those times. Black Box is a magnificent story that will leave you breathless. It is heartbreaking but also heartfelt. This is a love story about a girl, a boy, and fate. But it's not your traditional love story. No this is a story th WOW!!! As I write this review, I am trying to find the right words to convey what I got from reading this incredible story. There's only a handful of times that I can say that a certain book will stay with me forever-one that I will never forget. Well this is one of those times. Black Box is a magnificent story that will leave you breathless. It is heartbreaking but also heartfelt. This is a love story about a girl, a boy, and fate. But it's not your traditional love story. No this is a story that takes you on a journey about when real life occurs and fate happens. At least that's what I got out of this story. Like I said, this is not a light read. It is very intense and your emotions will be put through the ringer. There were many times that I had to step back, take a break, and just breathe. I was so heavily into what was going on and what Mikki and Crush were feeling. These two wonderful characters who were so haunted by their pasts. It wasn't easy but a constant struggle for both of them. Cassia showed the burdens and the pain that they had to bear in their lives and her writing made me feel like I was seeing and feeling everything first hand. I was hoping and wishing that it will turn out alright. The subject matter was serious and brought more awareness to my eyes about something that I know first-hand about. I felt like this book really made you think and feel about some things that you probably wouldn't think about casually. Black Box really got to me and it made me feel everything from beginning to end. It grabs a hold of you and doesn't let you go. And I loved every single moment.

This was a beautifully haunting powerful book written by Cassia. This is by far my favorite book of hers. The story, the characters, the lessons in this book made it one of the best. I loved everything about this book. Cassia is a talented author and she wrote a story that is unforgettable. I was just not reading Black Box but experiencing it. I believe that this Cassia's best work and I highly highly recommend that everyone read it. This book is a 10 star read but 5 stars is the most I could give and Black Box deserves every single one. You will not be disappointed with this story. It is one that will be a part of you always (and it is a part of me). So go ahead and pick up this excellent read and let it consume you. It is worth the ride and as one of the characters say in the book: “Everything will be okay.”

Do you believe in fate?? Was it fate that brought Crush and Mikki into each
other lives or was it luck. You decide, was it third times the charm or three
strikes you're out? One of my favorite quotes from this book was "Don't worry
son, not all stories have happy endings; but that doesn't mean they're not worth
the read" So true!

I <3 Cassio Leo! This was a sweet story about fated love between 2 people that crossed paths more than once in the past. I didn't buy into the insta-love, but I did appreciate the relationship they were able to develop over a few short days. Goes to show that what doesn't break you, makes you stronger, these 2 definitely went through a lot between the 2 of them. ...more

I loved the story. really did, the only reason its not a 5 star read is because I felt the book was left unfinished.

I would have loved to read more. an epilogue... just a few more lines

changing my rating to 5stars after reading the deleted scene. I wished it made the cut to the actually book, but nevertheless got me the closure I needed

Wow wasn't sure what to expect from this book as it's subject matter is tough subject but Cassia did a great job in writing a great book while helping people understand difficult stuff
