I found it hard to get into this book. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not particularly fond of this fairy tale but I struggled to be able to distinguish between the 12 princess characters and it seemed very slow to get started. It didn't really pick up until the male protag finally acted which was a long way into the book. That said, he was a good character, Rose wasn't too bad either, and there were some nice family scenes. ...more
