What Members Thought
If you liked The Spook's Apprentice you will probably like this too. It is easy to read, has a lot of action, and is scary without being traumatizing. There were quite a few parts where I was thinking, "I don't know how they're going to get out of this alive, but since this is a pretty long series they must manage somehow." There seems to be an "end justifies the means" theme. Tom seems to disobey the Spook an awful lot, but it usually ends up helping, so then everything is all right. (This them
