This book is part of the Legends expanded universe. This tells the story of Obi-Wan as he makes Tatooine is home now after the events of Revenge of the Sith. Obi-Wan just wants to be left alone and watch over Luke as he grows up. Life is not that easy as Obi-Wan is thrust into a conflict between the moisture farmers and the Tusken Raiders.

Draws on a lot of the traditions of Westerns to tell a unique story of life on the Star Wars frontier, where average, ordinary people oblivious to the "big picture" events in the Star Wars galaxy deal with their own problems. A very enjoyable read.
