It was as always amazing, love the characters and the follow up on the story, this time around they are not as undefinable but they realise there are still foes that need to be dealt with. Unfortunately it ends as the beginning of a new era after Faith of the Jedi, but this time it will all end in our dreams for Disney decided to end the story and burry it, thank you Disney! This book was supposed to be three-stars for some major disappointing promises made when I first got this book. But strikingly, the Quest of the New Jedi Order to find the Mortis monolith gives me reasons to rate this four. And let's not forget those other reasons...I'll elaborate.

First of all, Crucible seemed like it wasn't poised to end the Star Wars Legends canon. Only Disney cut the lines, and apparently, this is left as a standalone and very dry. Very dry.
