Re-read? Leaning yes, but barely.
Recommend to: Big fans of Episode 1 due to all the nostalgia bait. It works as a stand-alone story. Not the best the EU has to offer but not bad.
Do not read this one before you read the Han Solo trilogy. I really like the thought Denning had to mention events from other stories and have the dialogue do the same, but there are spoilers to a few other books like the Han Solo trilogy and the Courtship of Princess Leia. This was a really good story, a good adventure for a newly married Han and Leia. I really enjoyed Leia learning about her father and grandmother through Shmi's journal. It was good that her opinion of Anakin began to changed over the course of the story.
