All I have to say about this one is wow! Timothy Zahn proves to me once again why he's one of the franchise's best authors (if not the best).

I'd give it 4.75, really. It's easily the best book in the series and one of the more enjoyable reads I've experienced. The first two books were great, but had some brutally long segments that were fairly dull and uninteresting. This one however, is highly enjoyable thoughout. Every character gets their moment, every big thing is resolved, the senate machinations, the force battles, even a meeting and trudging through a swamp are extremely interesting.
