[ UPDATE (October 2019): 4 stars ]

Absolutely wonderful! Bad-boy hockey player falls for "plain Jane" journalist (4.5 stars)

When I first read See Jane Score, I thought it was absolutely amazing and would have given it way more than five stars if I could have. I first read it from the library and immediately got it online afterwards, since I knew this would be a (multiple) future reread for me. I have already reread it once so far and although the second time, my rating went down to 4.5 stars, it

I have to say that I didn't like the Title of this book and waited to read it because of that. But I was badly influenced and I regret not reading it sooner. I loved every minute of this one and found myself completely absorbed in the story and characters. While working I thought about what was happening in the book and stayed up at night to read when I needed the rest to go to work the next day.

There needs to be more Luc's in the world. With his strong will and great dedication to his drug add

**Reread September 3, 2015. Listened on Audible.
This was my first Rachel Gibson. Launched a love affair with her stories. I went on to read everything Rachel Gibson has written after this.

Six years later, this story is as wonderful as it was the first time around. Can't help but love Luc and Jane. And as a die hard hockey fan, I can't help but love the setting.

Audible narrator was great. Only problem was she over-pronunciated the "h" in "WH" words. Every time she said "what" she said it like "hw

This was a fun book. I loved how Jane was so clueless about hockey, yet got the job to follow the team. I also loved how Jane was so varied in her writing, a single girl column, sports about hockey column, and a monthly porn column. I also really liked how Jane wasn't girl, was almost the anti-girl, yet not a tomboy. Even with all those odd qualities she managed to attract Luc. I really liked how Jane slowly got under his skin, especially as in the past he really like girly girls. I hated how Lu ...more

When I heard from one of my GR friends that the hero of this book says aboot instead of about, and he had a tattoo above his nether regions, I was all over this book like white on rice. I almost gave up a few times since I didn't particularly like the heroine, but when I remembered aboot that tat....

I'm glad I stuck with it to the end because it did turn out to be a likable read. I thought the heroine didn't do the hero justice but even with an unworthy heroine he made the book worth the read. T

Cute, light read with a nice amount of steam. What took me so long to read a Rachel Gibson book?!

An awesome fun read! If you like a lot of humor to go along with your romance that you will love this book. I read RG in the past, but I stopped reading her before this book....silly me!
