Big BRAVO AND CONGRATS to Pamela Clare for Naked Edge winning the All About Romance Best Romantic Suspense for 2010, as voted by the readers!!! And to think she thought it was the worst thing she had ever written. Oh, Pamela, it is AMAZING and I'm glad I took the time to vote. I'm happy you took the risks you did, and with your authentic Navajo heroine! Ahe'hee! Thank you for this book!

I have been loving Pamela Clare's I-Team series, but Naked Edge just blew me away. This one wrung pretty much every emotion out of me, from laughter to tears and everything in between.
Clare is an awesome writer. Surrender is one of my absolute favorite historicals, and Naked Edge has just become one of my absolute favorites in RS. Not many authors can successfully navigate both historical and contemporary, but Clare has done so with extraordinary success, lending a unique voice to each.

I'm so embarrassed that I forgot to write a review for this book. In Pamela Clare's fashion, this was an exciting addition to the I-Team series.
The heroine is the reserved (no pun intended) Navajo reporter Katherine "Kat" James. She normally writes about environmental issues, I think. Her soulmate is Gabe Rossiter, the daredevil womanizing Park Ranger. The story begins with some trouble where the Navajo tribe and the Denver city govern ...more

Adored this book, so far it has been one of my favs to say the least. I am glad PC took her time and wrote the best book she could. I thought Kat and Gabriel were perfect together. I look forward to the next installment in the series. But wouldn't mind seeing MacKinnon's Ranger book thrown in for good measure. :-)

OK, this one was my favorite, by far! (view spoiler) This one seemed a bit more romantic than the others. I can't put my finger on it but I had several "awww" moments. I could feel the love that Gabe and Kat shared with each other. They are a truly awesome couple.
This was definitely an interesting look into the Native American life. It was very informative makes me want to read more NA romances.

Navajo jounalist Katherine James and park ranger Gabe Rossiter meet after he rescued her from a rockslide. Neither one was interested in a relationship with each other because of past unresolved pain. This story has a good combination of sexy hero, strong heroine, suspense, action, and emotional heart rending scenes that caused me to cry a little. The couple are pulled together time and again in an exciting wild ride with an ending that was chilling and not what I expected.
