A pretty good plot with interesting characters who, other than falling in love, don't do much in the way of personal growth. I liked the setting and the worldbuilding, hoping to enjoy the rest of this series as much as others do.

I could not put it down! It was fantastic more than fantastic! Just the thought of a group of warriors made me think of BDB reminded me so much of it but yet so different.
I can see many night filled reading and going to bed at 4am!! to get this series read.

Great read. Abit slow at the start but towards the end i couldnt put it down. A couple of surprises happened which i wasnt expecting which were great. Reminded me alot of BDB.
Good PNR.. very emotional and predictable, but good nonetheless. Emotional porn and great sex.
So disappointed I just couldn't read without comparing to JR Ward :( ...more
