Yes, the GhostWalkers are back with a vengeance in this latest installment in the series! I'd been dying to read Kadan's story since I met him in Shadow Game - the cold and quite badasses never fail to attract my attention, LOL - so I was more than happy when I finally got to read his book.
As the story begins, Kadan is assigned to identify and eliminate (aka kill) the assassin(s) responsible for several murders that seem to have been commited by one (or more) GhostWalkers. He trusts his fellow t ...more

4-4 ½ stars – Paranormal Romance/Romantic Suspense
It took me a while to get through this one because I wasn't in the right mood when I first started reading it and had to put it aside for a while. I tried to go back to it a few times and found that I still wasn't in the right mindset for Feehan's overly wordy and repetitive writing style or her frequently used Feehan-isms.

5++++ Stars The Seventh Installment in Feehan's Ghostwalker Series and I loved every thing about it!
*sighs*....My Ghostwalkers...I love them all! They are warriors, born in the wrong century, men with honor, codes, patriotic and a way of life that was politically incorrect. These are some "lean, mean, killing machines"...and I love them:-)

Another page-turning saga about the Ghostwalkers [and the ladies they love:]. Kadan and Tansy make great a hero/heroine/couple. Many characters from previous Ghostwalker books appear in supporting roles. Dr. Whitney is still slime, but not the only slimy character in existence. If violence and bloody justice offends, stay away. Good, action-oriented read.

I liked this book but did feel like Tansy just gave up to and in to Kaden much too fast for what we knew of her character. Learning both of their backgrounds was heartbreaking. It did make it seem like they were kindred spirits.
I think that Tansy's talent was a unique one. One that she was good at even thought using it hurt her. Watching Kaden fight with himself over seeing Tansy using her talent was hard. He needed / wanted to find out the info, but he had a hard time seeing her hurt herself. B ...more
